I love this place ! Best drinks around. I have in same Type stores in Florida, Ohio, Kentucky and hers is far the BEST! Love coming into her shop and feeling like family. Her grand baby is like mine. He my Lil sweetheart She has a full menu and such a BIG selection to choose from. She has my drink ready in minutes. Clean and decorated so so cute. This is the place to go if you want a healthy drink and feel welcomed

Wave Nutrition is one of the best tea shops around the 615 area. Tammy and her daughters are always so lovely, sweet and knowledgeable about providing you exact what you need! Their menu is very versatile as it is but they do seasonal menu and cups as well!

Wave Nutrition is my go to! Tammy has the best teas and nobody can beat her shakes! I think it’s a sad day when someone walks in ONE time and tries to belittle someone’s livelihood! Tammy opened the store and runs the store all on her own, 7 days a week! Which is why…She does have her “grandson” in the store from time to time….he usually sits in the high chair next to the “register” ( which is far from where she makes the drinks) that’s why he is the first thing you see! And his smile only enhances the whole wave nutrition experience. He’s so handsome…and yeah…he may have some chocolate on his face. But, he is far from dirty! I recommend Wave nutrition all day…Every day! Tammy knows Herbal life and she’s good at it!!

Tammy is a very nice and super friendly lady to be around. She goes above and beyond for her costumers, makes you feel welcomed and is also very informative about these drinks and products and can answer just about any questions you have! The store is super cute, clean and honestly the best flavored drinks around! If you want a nutrition drink or even replacement shake you must go to WAVE!!!! Wolf Moon is my newest obsession!

I absolutely love Wave! I am addicted to their yummy teas with whip added. They have A larger selection of flavors than anywhere else I have seen, and they come up with cute, new drinks all the time. The Honeycomb and Amaretto Shirley are two of my recent faves! Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!

I have known Tammy the owner for about 4 years now. She's a good friend of mines! Her teas and meal replacement shakes have always been delicious!! I have never had a complaint or problems with her teas or meal replacement shakes. I have lost weight since going too her along side my new diabetes medication. She's always nice, friendly,helpful. And if you don't like something that she makes you, the she will replace it or try in make it right! Please come out y'all and support her business!!

she was so nice, she covered the 4 extra dollars i didn’t have. I got the honeycomb drink and my friend got the American honey hydration drink and they are so yummy!!! her drinks are so incredibly healthy for you too!! such incredible customer service and the environment is so comfortable. She represented her store perfectly, it’s so calming and no negative energy whatsoever. i am DEFINITELY coming back and im bringing everyone i know to try her amazing drinks! She even talked me about how the stores started and it’s so inspiring. definitely recommend 10/10!!!

The owner is very nice, the drinks are tasty and made with care. You absolutely get what you pay for here the quality and genuine care is obvious is all their drinks. Definitely recommend the iced salted caramel mocha!
